1. The COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund
Our current healthcare needs are rapidly changing and this fund gives Humber River Hospital the ability to respond without delay. Donations to the COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund keep our Hospital ready for anything the coronavirus might bring, ensuring the safety of our patients and frontline healthcare workers.
2. The Humber Frontline Support Fund
Help us alleviate some of the stress felt by our healthcare teams by making a Gift of Gratitude in their honour. Your support will help pay for things like meals, travel, and other care items for our team, so that they can continue to provide frontline care, and your words of gratitude can brighten their day. Show some love, share some kindness and help us stand in solidarity with our HRH team who we all need now more than ever! All gifts to this Fund are currently being matched by the Krawczyk Family Foundation up to $100,000.
3. Donate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Humber River Hospital is accepting donations of much-needed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This equipment keeps our front line workers safe as they care for patients. As COVID-19 progresses, we would be grateful to members of the community who are able to provide unused, unopened and unexpired PPE.
Urgently needed items we are currently accepting: Face masks, gloves, gowns that tie in the back, and sanitizer wipes.
