Contest Name and Period
The Toronto Maple Leafs Ticket Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Humber River Health Foundation (the “sponsor”) and will run from February 3, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET to February 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the Province of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older (or have reached the age of majority in Ontario) at the time of entry. Employees of Humber River Health Foundation and Humber River Health, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter
No purchase necessary. To enter, participants must: (1) follow the @HRH_Foundation on Instagram, (2) like the pinned contest post, and (3) submit a valid email address through the official contest entry form, Participants may earn additional bonus entries by sharing the contest post to their public story and tagging @HRH_Foundation (one (1) bonus entry). The entrant’s account must be set to public at the time of sharing in order for the entry to be verified. One (1) additional bonus entry may also be earned by commenting on the post and tagging a friend, as outlined in the contest instructions. Bonus entries may affect the odds of winning. All entries must be received during the Contest Period. Limit of one (1) base entry/email address per person, plus eligible bonus entries as described. Entries generated by script, bot, or other automated means are void. Humber River Health Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

Prize
One (1) prize is available to be won, consisting of two (2) tickets to the Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Philadelphia Flyers game on March 2, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at Scotiabank Arena, Toronto, Ontario. The approximate retail value of the prize is $1,000 CAD. The prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, and is non-transferable. Transportation to and from the venue is not included. Winner assumes all risks related to attending the event. Tickets are subject to venue and team policies.

Winner Selection and Odds
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. If multiple entries are deemed tied or otherwise require clarification, the winner will be determined by an additional random draw. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification
The selected entrant will be notified by email on or about February 19, 2026. Selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and complete eligibility verification to be declared a winner. If a selected entrant fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or is otherwise ineligible, another entrant will be randomly selected from remaining eligible entries and the process will repeat until the prize is awarded without undue delay.

Privacy and Use of Personal Information
Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used by the Sponsor to administer the Contest, including contacting selected entrants and verifying eligibility. These purposes are identified at or before the time of collection. If an entrant separately provides express consent at the point of entry, the Sponsor may also use the entrant’s email to send marketing communications; consent may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe in each message. The Sponsor limits collection to what is necessary for the identified purposes and retains personal information only as long as needed to administer the Contest and to meet legal/accounting requirements, after which it will be deleted or anonymized. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor’s use of their name and municipality of residence in a winners’ announcement. Any further publicity (e.g., photo, likeness, testimonial) will occur only with the winner’s express consent.

General Conditions and Disclaimer
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Instagram and the Sponsor and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or the awarding, acceptance, or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, or for any other reason beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control. The Sponsor may disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules or platform terms.
